1. Compile Source

❶ Unzip source

1tar xvf rv1126b_linux6.1_rk*.tar.bz2
2cd rv1126b_linux6.1_rkr2

❷ Configuration

1./build.sh lunch

After running ./build.sh lunch, the system will list available defconfig files.

For the Buildroot system, select the corresponding configuration according to the required version:

  • GStreamer version: 4. boardcon_sbc1126b_defconfig

  • Rockit version: 6. boardcon_sbc1126b_multi_ipc_64_defconfig

Note

Only the Buildroot system provides both the GStreamer version and the Rockit version. For the Debian system, use the GStreamer version.

The following steps use the GStreamer version as an example.

❸ Compile uboot

1./build.sh uboot

❹ Compile kernel

1./build.sh kernel

❺ Compile recovery

1./build.sh recovery

❻ Compile rootfs

Permission: root

1sudo ./build.sh debian

Note

If it is the first time compiling Debian, please install the dependency packages first. Debian compilation requires a dependent environment.

1cd debian
2sudo apt-get install binfmt-support qemu-user-static live-build
3sudo dpkg -i ubuntu-build-service/packages/*
4sudo apt-get install –f

After compilation, linaro-rootfs.img is generated in the debian directory.

❼ Generate and package Firmware Images

1./build.sh firmware

All image files, including update.img, are generated in the rockdev/ directory.
